This Modern Slavery Statement is made pursuant to the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and outlines Goddard Perry Actuarial LLP’s commitment to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chains.

About Us

Goddard Perry Actuarial LLP (GPA) is an independent UK actuarial consultancy. We operate in the pensions industry and work with employers, pension scheme trustees, administrators and other advisors.

Our Commitment

We are committed to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking do not occur in any part of our business or supply chain. We have a zero-tolerance approach to such practices and are dedicated to ethical business conduct.

Policies and Procedures

To combat modern slavery, we have implemented the following policies and procedures:

  • Recruitment Practices: We ensure that our recruitment processes are fair and transparent.

  • Supplier Due Diligence: Due to the nature of our work, we believe the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking within our supply chain is low however we conduct due diligence on our suppliers to assess their compliance with our ethical standards as part of our contractual agreement.

  • Training: We provide training to our employees to raise awareness of modern slavery and human trafficking.

Risk Assessment

We regularly assess the risks of modern slavery in our operations and supply chain. This includes conducting risk assessments on our suppliers and monitoring compliance with our standards. We have policies in place for Whistleblowing, Dignity at Work, Diversity, Equality & Inclusion and Health & Safety.

Future Commitments

GPA is committed to a workplace free from modern slavery and human trafficking. Therefore, we will not work with any organisation involved in such practices.
