Pensions Administration

Our pensions administration services are provided by PBW Administration Limited.

At PBW we are committed to providing the best service to members of pension schemes.  We understand that the quality of our service reflects on the trustees and the pension scheme, so we aim to get things right first time. When pension scheme members are happy, so are the trustees of the pension scheme, and us too.

Our pensions administration services include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Maintaining accurate member information on our database

  • Calculating member benefits on retirement, withdrawal and death and other “what-if” scenarios

  • Pension Payroll

  • Transfers-in/Transfers out

  • Issuing member communication as necessary e.g. member comms to Annual Benefit Statements or Pension Increase Letters

  • Preparation of benefit statements for DB schemes

  • Managing the trustee bank accounts

  • Contributing towards the Trustee report and accounts
