We will only keep your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for. Any personal data processed at the request of our client will be retained for as long asinstructed by them. Once our work for clients is completed, we will hold onto your data for our legal and compliance reasons, including to demonstrate compliance with regulatory rules, to demonstrate that we have met our contractual and legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Additionally, we may keep your data to comply with applicable laws, regulations and professional obligations that we are subject to.
We will normally keep personal data related to pension schemes for seven years after we have ceased to provide advisory services to the scheme, unless a different time frame is required due to business needs or specific legal, regulatory or contractual obligations. Personal information held for communication, employment or marketing purposes will continue to be heldwhilst we are in communication or still considering an individual, and will generally be held for up to 7 years after that point.
